Once you pair AZ80 earbuds to your devices via Bluetooth you can connect through the devices or in the Technics Audio Connect app.Once paired, the AZ80’s will auto switch between devices when new media starts playing, or when a call comes through

Why does one earbud have better battery life than the other?

The earbud that is removed from the charging case first starts the Bluetooth pairing process with your devices, which may result in slightly shorter battery life.

Technics EAH-AZ80E-A - Premium Hi-Fi True Wireless Earbuds

The sound quality and noise cancelling of these earbuds is excellent. I have it connect to my Samsung S24 Ultra and pairing is fast, and I like the color of midnight blue. The bass is much better than my old earbuds in which it was not working after using it for 2 years. With special features like Noise Cancelling, 3 Device MultiPoint, Just My Voice, Qi Wireless Charging, Alexa Built-In and the price is reasonable at Black Friday's promotion day.

Amazing pairing with multi devices

Bought this item in Oct 24 and today the right bud is not working at all not even an year has elapsed I paid a very high price for this lousy product I am in Singapore and Panasonic is asking me for 200 + SGD for repairs Would you thing it is worth buying this at all ??

Refurbished or second hand set?!?! Unsealed box with smudges.

I was surprised when I received the earbuds as the box was unsealed. Looking through the contents of the box, it seemed like someone had opened the box before. Was sorely disappointed that the item is not new. However, the earbuds looks ok and shows no sign of wear.
