There's 2.5g fat but 0 saturated and 0 trans fat, also 0 cholesterol! Per serving.. 23g carbs, 0 added sugar, and 2g protein. Ingredients are yellow corn, sunflower oil, and sea salt.. that's it! They're fresh with a nice crunch and very tasty. These are really good quality and I think a good value for the price. These are a pretty hardy crisp and go well for snacking or as side.. take a couple bags to your next picnic or cookout! They also come in other flavors and they're all good!
