Very good value for money.
This is a well-made, lightweight, comfortable sleeping bag. I used it in the high desert recently with a 46 degree nighttime temperature and slept comfortably wearing long underwear, heavy socks, a fleece pullover, and a knit cap. The addition of the down jacket I had with me would have kept me comfortable if the temperature had been a few degrees lower. Since I live in the mountains, I'll keep this in my car for winter emergencies when it is not going backpacking with me. I'm a 68-year old woman with a light frame and appreciate the warmth to lightness ratio.

Quality Bag for Cool Nights
Great sleeping bag (at a good $) for cool nights. Seems to be the perfect weight for nights in the mid 40s thru 60s (I have a 20ยฐ bag for nights in the 20s - mid 40s). I use this in my hammock. With no quilt, I stay plenty warm in the 50s and up (Under 50, use a hammock quilt). Bag is roomy, I am 6'3" 225lbs and I have plenty of room. Inside is soft and slick, so if you move around at night the bag doesn't move with you.

The sacks are nice and the bag compresses nicely but the zipper broke ...
UPDATE: After my initial review I was contacted by customer service who was eager to resolve the issues I had. To my surprise the replacement bag I received was far better than the first. In the pictures you can see the original bag and its compression sacks on the left and the new bag on the right. The only thing keeping this new sleeping bag from five stars at this point is the zipper. It is very thin metal and I don't think it will last. However, the downfalls of the original bag that caused the initial break of the first bag have been remedied. The differences between the two bags is clearly visible but in detail they are as follows: 1-The fist bag was a slick material (see original review) which detracted from practicality. The replacement feels more substantial and while it doesn't have a grip from the pattern that would be preferable it is significantly less slick. 2-The biggest problem of the original bag was the zipper and the inevitable bunching from the thin material; this combination made a broken zipper almost a guarantee. You can see in the new bag that has been fixed with the addition of a substantial material guard sewn in. It keeps a separation between the thin material and the zipper itself. Unfortunately, as mentioned above, the zipper is still a very thin metal. It will certainly do better than the original with the material divider but that thin metal pull is a worry, we'll see in time. 3-My favorite part of the original bag was the compression sack. It is better still on the new set. You can see the material matches on the exterior bag so the new sack has the more substantial and less slick material to match the sleeping bag. The straps are also much thicker so they don't slip after cinching things down, very nice. 4- Big surprise here was the black inner bag. You can see from the picture by the wrinkles just how much thicker and just how much better this bag is made. If this new bag is any indication of their quality control upping their game based on reviews I would say they are on the right track for sure. The sacks are nice and the bag compresses nicely but the zipper broke with the first use and the inside texture is so slick that if you're on any kind of slope you will definitely slide around. I got this bag for a hammock sleeping option. Obviously with the broken zipper and slippery surface that is not an option.

Good bag, great value.
I was skeptical when I ordered this bag, but have been very impressed. There are a couple of things to keep in mind with this bag. As with any bag, the temp rating is not the same as a comfort range. I would use this bag in temps above 50. I would also not use this bag for sleeping directly on the ground. Inside a tent on a sleep pad or in a RV would be perfect. It does fit into the provided sacks if you roll up the bag like they taught you when you were in boy scouts. It stores in half the space of a comparable priced bag, great for car camping in a crossover or small suv. I had expected the zipper to fail as it feels rather weak, but it has not given me any issues. So used in the correct environment this is a great bag.

great product
We bought two of your sleeping bags at the beginning of August on Amazon for our first camping trip. Since we didn't have any experience with camping, first we read a lot of reviews on sleeping bags and according to them we ordered your products. Here I would like to point that even in their reviews people mentioned that it's hard to put the bag back into the case, we didn't experience any difficulties with that - bags easily fit into the case. It was warm inside the bag even the temperature outside in the mountains was quite low for the summer. Personally, we liked the hood - it keeps the head warm too which is very important. Overall, the quality is good and we are happy with our sleeping bags. Thanks for making our first trip so comfortable!

Great Price, Compact, Light-Weight, but a tad Narrow, and lacking for Cold weather
Took this sleeping bag camping in the mountains in GA over spring break. I loved the price along with how easily, compactly, and conveniently the bag packed up. Nights got down into the 30s though and I bout froze, especially my feet! The 30-40 degree temp rating should be more of a max-lowest-temp range rather than optimal range, I feel like. Honestly, 40-50s would be a more comfortable optimal range. Also, for it to be an adult sleeping bag, it seemed rather narrow and short, considering I as a skinny 5โ7โ guy felt snug in the shoulders and feet. The lining is not like a flannel or anything to keep you warm but rather a slick material filled with extra cotton or something to hold in warmth, kind of ineffective. It keeps the bag lightweight and easy to pack though. Iโm sure it will do fine for summer camping, but I will be looking for something warmer in the fall, winter and spring.

Great sleeping bag !
The Honest Outfitters sleeping bag is great for car campers and first time backpackers. I am 5โ 7โ 154 lbs and the bag fits me well with enough room to move around. There are two zippers that allow you to open the bag from either direction. This means that you can keep your upper body warm and open the lower part of the bag to allow air to enter. There are two sacks that come with this. One to carry it around or use it storage and one is a compression sack to put it into a backpack. This isnโt the most compact sleeping bag but it gets the job done. I am very happy with this product and may get another one in the future.

Great budget sleeping bag to stay toasty
I saw this was a new product and figured that for the price, I had little to lose. I got it yesterday and like it a lot. My thoughts: Construction: solid seams and embroidery, standard soft polyester interior, zippers seem solid Fit: the sleeping bag fit me (5'10"/ athletic) with room to spare in both dimensions. It would probably fit upwards of a 250lb person Warmth: tried it out in my unheated Chicago garage and it kept me warm. It's no mummy bag, but it holds heat Overall, this is a great option to have around for occasional camping or kid's sleepovers. It's a great buy for the price

a bit small
I am a 5'11" male 220 pounds, around 45 inches at the chest area. Took this camping bag out at around 4 degrees celsius weather with 3 layers of shirts. The sleeping bag fit but was tight around the chest area. Lengthwise it was perfect. It also did not provide enough padding/insulation when I was sleeping on my side. I felt cold, and had to use heat pads on my back. it would a comfortable sleeping bag for someone smaller, and at a warmer weather at around 8 degrees celcius. the black carrying back was impossible to putback on.
