Product Description Review: Fantastic addition to First Tactical packs. - Really do like this belt, and overall am immensely impressed with the quality of First Tactical products. I have Maxpedition, Karrimor Sf, Hazard 4, and 5.11 bags... And First Tactical has become my favourite, which really surprised me. I bought the tactix waist belt to go with the half day pack I just bought... A bit excessive I know, for a day pack, but was tempted as if I buy the 3 day pack in the future it can be used with that too. The fit and comfort of the tactix pack was already excellent, and with the addition of this belt makes it outstanding. I like the fact that I can have even a day pack with a supportive, wide waist belt that can help me occasionally place the weight on my hips when my shoulders are getting a bit tired on long hikes... The hoop and loop arrangement at the back of the belt secures it very firmly in place, to the pack. One last thing... I am 5ft10, so not very tall, but I reckon even the half day pack can be carried on the hips with this belt, due to the overall ergonomic design of the belt. I suppose I might have grumbled at having to buy an add-on belt if I had bought the 3 day pack, but not any complaint in my case, as so far I only have the half-day one (which is ample for a full day's hiking).
