Ok, these vitamins are great! When I take them I feel so much better! I have energy. I sleep better at night. My skin looks good. I’ve been working really hard on trying to lose weight. I was worried that if I cut calories I would lose energy or my hair may thin. I had the opposite effect taking these. Great value for the money. It’s a big bottle. I have had all positive effects, except your pee will be bright neon yellow! 🤣

I have noticed an improvement in energy taking these pills. I feel more focused and am able to get more accomplished. The first few days made my tummy feel a little rumbly but nothing too bad. Unfortunately the price continues to go up each time I purchase so I only take 1 a day to make them last longer.

Okay, something happened to me 2 years ago. My hair began to fall out, my legs hairs stopped growing, hair on my head stopped growing, nails stopped growing. I was constantly tired. (I'm currently a 46F) Probably perimenopause or something hormonal. All labs showed normal. Hormones, even tested multiple times showed normal. No deficiencies, no problems with iron or ferritin, no female pattern baldness, scalp biopsy showed TE, but with no cause. I was already taking a multivitamin, plus extra biotin and b12. Nothing helped. I was reading about the MFTHR gene thing and figured I would try these vitamin, just to see.After a month of taking them, my hair and nails are growing like crazy!! I have to shave my legs again every shower, not just once a week. My gel polished nails HAVE to be redone every 2 weeks when I used to be able to go a month. My hair is still shedding, but I have lots of little hairs sprouting all over my head. I no longer feel exhausted all damn day.
