I have taken a B Complex for more than 5 years now. I find that it helps to reduce anxiety and gives me energy. Someone suggested these to me, so I began taking them about 9 months ago. They are quite a bit more expensive than my other B Complex, so I went back to the other brand which is a high quality brand. I began having restless leg symptoms at night after I went back to the other one even if I only took one first thing in the morning and ran 3 miles that day, so now I take the Lifeguard again.I take 1 to 2 of these in the morning and another 1 after working out as long as I workout before 2 pm. It keeps me from having the afternoon slump.Since originally writing the above, I now only take 1 of these per day, and it works well. I take a second one each day if I have been eating a lot of sugar or if I have had additional stress like over the Thanksgiving holiday, but other than that, I only need one per day now.

A few years ago, my physician ordered a blood panel on me to check vitamin deficiencies. Since we eat a very healthy diet, I was surprised to find that I was deficient in a couple of vitamins while my husband (who eats the same diet) was not. My doctor explained that some people are able to absorb more nutrients from their food than others (like me) can and recommended that I use supplements of certain vitamins and minerals.My doctor and the nutritionist in his practice both recommended the Perque product line. Instead, I bought individual bottles of the two specific vitamins that I was deficient in from other reputable supplement companies.After getting tired of keeping track of ordering various vitamins, I decided to give the Life Guard a try. While considerably more expensive than most multi-vitamins, I rationalized that it's only about $30 a month and my doctor keeps insisting that it's much more pure and better for me.I've actually been surprised by the additional level of energy that these tablets give me. The company refers to the "cell alkalinizers and energizers" that are in these tablets. I can't say that I entirely know what that is although I have read from many sources that a body needs to be alkaline to be at its healthiest.Life Guard offers a comprehensive formula with 40 essential bio-available nutrients that are in a more pure and active state. There are 14 vitamins alone just in the super potency B vitamin complex. I still add additional vitamin C per my doc, but I'm happy that this Life Guard has all that I need otherwise.It would be enough for me that they make me feel good, but there are a lot of other things relative to their quality that reassure me that they're a healthy, safe option for supplementing my daily diet. For one, every ingredient of the Life Guard is pharmaceutical grade or higher and there are no hidden ingredients. Unlike many OTC multi-vitamins, these tablets don't irritate my stomach because they dissolve and absorb quickly.The recommended daily dosage is two tablets. The tablet size is approximately 7/8" long by 3/8" wide and they are coated. I don't personally have trouble taking large tablets, but I wanted to mention here that they're fairly large and could be difficult to swallow if you have an issue with that. I'm pretty sure that Perque also carries a Life Guard option in "mini" size as well as a chewable.The labeling says that the tablets are free of citrus, MSG, wheat/gluten, corn/zein/starch, dairy/casein/whey/milk derivatives, yeast, soy, sulfate,phosphates (other than coenzymes), and preservatives.

My husband and I absolutely love the way these pills make us feel and look. If you are looking for a great multi vitamin supplement these are the ones.

This brand has been recommended by the health pioneer Raymond Francis, the author of Never be Fat Again and Never be Sick Again. Personally, I can feel the level of energy and activity I got with that multivitamin. Totally recommend it. You get what you pay for.

these vitamins are a bit pricey but well worth the money because of their quality. you can't put a price on your health.

It’s taste so bad my daughter stop taking it after 3 days she never told me she stopped taking them and now I m have this bottle with 174 pills at my house Cannot return it

LOVe It thank you Perque for making such a safe multivitamins. I can tell if I miss few days sometimes forgot to bring it with me or when out of town. Buy this! it's not that expensive for 180 tabsules. The most expensive vitamins is the one that doesn't work. Always look for perque brands

I was skeptical about ordering this product because it is so much more expensive than other options, but my son assured me it was worth the money. After taking it only 2 or 3 days I realized he was right. I had more energy, felt less anxious, and was in a good mood.
