Excellent product and delivery have bought many many times. Cannot recommend enough for a multitude of health benefits and the sheer enjoyment of it and it’s taste. Do your research on Chios (mastic) gum/resin to find the plethora of benefits for the stomach, teeth, infections, ulcers. Aside these I guarantee it can improve your mental health ( anti stress), help you with hunger control and improves your smile! Wish I lived in Greece and had an endless supply. Comes in a variety of flavours sugar free but the original sugar free variety is by far the best.

I purchased this for my wife, who has a stomach ulcer. It works in calming her ulcer pain, and nothing else has. We continually re-order because it is so effective. It isn't a cure for ulcers, but it definitely diminishes the pain associated with them.

This is a superb natural chewing gum with great flavour releasing all the mastica and mastic oil benefits.

Bought this gum after reading about the gut benefits. I’m not sure if it’s coincidence but my acid reflux is much better since daily use. I have been chewing 2 pieces a day on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I chew it for my 1 hr commute to work and by then the flavour is totally gone . I have seen other reviews ref it crumbling. It does indeed do this on initial chew. The trick is put 2 pieces in your mouth and on 1st chew as you feel it crumble , move the gum to your front teeth and compress it until it binds. It doesn’t take long then you can resume normal gum chewing with your main teeth .
