They are the perfect sizes with lids.

I needed to replace some of my kitchen bowls, and these looked like exactly the type of basic bowls I was looking for. They're stainless steel, which is my preferred metal for kitchen use, and they nest well as long as you don't put the lids on them. Because the lids press into the tops of the bowls. you can only (barely) nest them if you put the smallest bowl into the third smallest bowl and then into the fifth smallest, nesting the other three separately. The lids are the only thing I found even slightly disappointing. I had expected these lids to be a rubber or silicone-type plastic, like what I've seen in a lot of kitchen geat lately. Instead, they're a basic plastic that feels kind of cheap and isn't dishwasher safe. Still, the bowls are extremely useful.

This is a great product. Love the lids and airtightness. They do state that the lids are preferred to be hand washed, which I’ve been doing, so have no problems. Just wish the lids were dishwasher safe.

Very light SS...nothing on packaging shows food grade Stainless. Would not buy again.
