this cream works pretty well, if you are dealing with menopause symptoms

I was advised to try a wild yam cream to help with hot flashes. I can’t be certain if this cream has done the trick or if it’s in conjunction with some supplements but they have decreased immensely! If that’s what you’re looking for, this may help. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I can’t guarantee this was the trick.

I am a bit annoyed that the ingredient list is not available. I can’t find a website. When I got this there were so many chemicals listed. Day two on this stuff and I feel tired, hungry and out of it like I did on progesterone. I am not going through a third day. I am returning it.

It may be mental but this stuff stopped my hot flashes! Im still trying to wrap my head around what it does but it made me very happy!
