It works it help me fall asleep

I highly recommend this Life Extension brand liquid Melatonin. Like other reviewers said, I’ve tried other popular brands that didn’t work for me. However, this brand (always recommended by our longtime family doctor) really helped me from night one. One dropper full under tongue & I was relaxed & promptly fell asleep. I woke up refreshed. I don’t know why some people complained about the taste. I didn’t mind at all. I highly recommend you try this if you can’t sleep. It’s a low dose, lower than the 5mg my Dr suggested.

This brand of liquid melatonin works wonderfully. I have severe insomnia and am on three different sleep medications. Adding 2 droppers (6 mg) of liquid melatonin really helps on those nights I just can’t get sleepy soon enough. I take it sublingually (under the tongue) so it absorbs faster and am tired within 30 min. Combined with magnesium glycinate and I’m really sleepy. I don’t mind the vanilla flavor, it’s pleasant. My only complaint is that it’s very sweet but otherwise this is a great high quality melatonin that works fast since your body doesn’t have to break down all those binders and fillers you’d get with a pill version. As someone who hates taking pills, this is a wonderful way to get my melatonin without the bother.

This works and is easy to take. One dropperful at bedtime will help you sleep. If you take it when you get up at 3AM though you may feel groggy in the morning.

My mother and I (she's 85 now and I'm 64) have both been using this product for 2 years and it WORKS. I have NO problem with the taste whatsoever, and neither does she. As other reviewers have noted, there are NO groggy side effects. On the contrary, I feel rested and perfectly alert after a good nights sleep thanks to this product. I put just 1 drop into a scant quarter cup of water before bed and I sleep for hours. When I wake up in the dead of night, if I'm feeling stressed about something that might keep me awake, I have another drop in a little water and off to dreamland I go!

It would be great if there was more flavors available. The current flavor has a bad taste to it. Wish it tasted more like zquil

Works well. Taste is tolerable. Easy to dose. Pipette has multiple measurements printed on it, which is helpful if you want to take less than the full 1ml dose. I'm taking 0.25ml about 2 hours for bed. Haven't slept this consistently in years.
