IT will fit either cars as long as there are headrests. There is an adjustable strap so it will fit most cars. Where there is an integrated headrest, it can be a bit more challenging but these tend to be in the front seats rather than the back seats. If it doesn't fit you can always return it. No Velcro. Adjustable straps that tighten around the headrests.

I'm not sure but I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee and it's fits just fine. I suggest you google and search to see if this particular item will fit your van.

I am not sureabout the size of the scion. But the product does fit a standard bench seat. I purchased for my mon. She has a caravan and we tried it on the back side of the bucket seats and it was a little slack but the straps fit fine there as well. Hope this helps.
