Shrimp Paste Fermented (Kapi) from Klong Khone use in Thai Seasoning Food Num Prik Ka-pi, Fried Rice, Pork in Shrimp Paste, Miang Kham, Mango Salad (500)

Very Fresh in term of expiration date. good flavour and less stinky fishy smell

Poor quality and uses food color. We used much more than normal but did not taste like kapi. It was a very strange color. I think this was meant to cover up the use of inproper ingredients.

This was so gross smelling we tossed it immediately after opening the box it came in. Didn’t smell fresh at all. Wasn’t sealed. Totally rancid.

This was covered in mold when it arrived.
