It is a good synergist to make other herbal combinations work better. I trust this brand as have bought many things of good quality that work. It works very good for lung congestion, just 3 or 4 drops is enough!

A: Looking on the back of the bottle where the list of ingredients are lists:  Wildcrafted lobelia herb and a base of pure apple cider vinegar.   NO alcohol is listed as being used. Hope this helps.
