Great quality magnesium for kids. I started giving this to my child in the evenings and it really helps him relax and sleep better. Was purchased as a gift for a friends 3 children, one has ADD, another is low on the Autism spectrum. As of this review, they have used it once but rave about the results. Children went to sleep quickly and slept well. When woke in the morning, they were in a better mood and were less meltdowns during the day. Tomorrow is school, I am hopeful the child with ADD will be able to concentrate in class better.

My daughter has autism and is so picky about flavors and textures and she loves this. We got the strawberry flavor and she willingly takes it every single night- and usually she’ll get sick of gummies and refuse to take them after a few weeks or so. This has been going strong for months now and helps her fall asleep so easily- normally she is so restless rolling around in the bed for a good half hour. This knocks her out within 15 minutes of giving it sometimes quicker, game changer for sure!

I have been struggling for a while These have helped my toddler so much, before it was a constant fight before going to bed. It’s been about two weeks of .5ml a night and it has made bed time a breeze, she calls it her “night candy” she loves the way it taste , it’s helped calm her down tremendously!

This works better than expected. My 7yr old has ADHD and getting him to turn that little brain off and relax to go to sleep is challenging. My only gripe is since starting these drops he has started to wet the bed. I stopped for a few days to see if it was truly the drops and sure enough he stayed dry on the nights I didn’t give it to him. It puts him in such a deep sleep, he isn’t waking up to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, it seems to be a great product but I don’t know if it’s worth having to wash sheets every day.

My 5 yo has always given us a hard time at bedtime, literally the first night with this supplement was the easiest bedtime we’ve ever had. And it’s continued, the only issue that I’m not sure can be attributed to the supplement is that she is waking up throughout the night. I’ll take it though, if there’s no fighting at bedtime that’s already a huge positive. I’ve also noticed she seems to be better at regulating emotions and more cooperative in general.
