My husband needs work shoes being a driver, and due to his wide feet he often needs to buy several pairs to try and return some. Most stores do not carry his size. This time these were the best option for him

It's too bad New Balance has to manufacture their product in China. Some may be familiar with the cheap products from China. When I was replacing the factory insert with a higher quality comfort insert I discovered the insert that came with the shoe was literally sewn back together (pictured above). First of all the "factory" insert is made of a cheap material in the first place. But then, I don't know what happened to it originally, but instead of putting a new piece in, the damaged one was literally sewn back together and coated with a patch of sorts on the other side as shown in the picture. On careful inspection, some of the stitching is not as flush as it should be. I suspected something was strange because it took a full week in transit after I got the notification that the product had shipped (whereas as a Prime member, I usually get things the next day or two. I have waited a long time and I desperately need the shoes for work or else I would return them. I will try to prepare myself next time for the event of receiving shotty work.

Most comfortable work shoes I've ever owned!

They're okay. Just change out the insoles, hence the 4 stars. Other than that they're good safety toe shoes

Beware wide sizes,they look like clown shoes.. or feeling like your in bowling shoes lol..
