This stuff is amazing. I absolutely hate water. It takes everything in me to force it down and even then it makes me nauseous. I recently found a banana flavor for my water and I mix it half-and-half with the liquid IV and I’m able to easily drink all of the water that I need to keep me hydrated. The thing that I like about this product is it actually makes me thirsty, so it makes it even easier to drink the water. My elderly grandmother has also recently gotten to where she is having a hard time taking in fluids. She just doesn’t want to drink anything. I make the same banana water and liquid IV for her and it has helped her so much.

I don’t want my family drinking Gatorade with all of its artificial colors, flavors, etc. Plus, the bottles are wasteful. I have some more expensive hydration packets that are targeted towards skin health and I don’t want my kids and husband stealing mine, so I bought these less expensive ones for them. My kids say these are all really yummy and keep them hydrated. My only gripe is that the packets say to tear across but I couldn’t. I could tear down but that’s not as clean of a pour, so I just use scissors. Not a problem unless you want them on the go. They do dissolve easily which is nice.

I'm my opinion these taste great and provide excellent hydration. I'm prescribed a medication that dehydrates me. So I drink some sorry of electrolyte mix ever single day. Sometimes twice a day. Given the price of around $10 for 16 sticks, they are great value for the money. Better than the liquid IV at Costco.All of that said, my wife won't drink this electrolyte mix because of all the fake sugar in it, erythritol. She doesn't like the taste of it. I think the taste is fine, but I do wonder about the health effects of consuming too much erythritol. So I wish they'd make a version without the fake sugar. Emergen C had a really good tart mix that they make without fake sugar and I think it would be ready to do something like that with Venture Pal's citrus flavors. I typically mix in lemon juice and acv with electrolyte mixs anyway and the acv adds enough sweetness without needing more sweetness from the powder. So that's the main reason this isn't a give start review. The product is great, but I'd like an option with zero sugar AND zero fake sugar.

The flavor is great (if you like grapefruit). It's not overwhelming and doesn't have that "sugar free" taste to it. It mixes easily in water. It's a great alternative for the money conscious buyer compared to a lot of electrolyte mixes.

I've been trying it for several days, and the truth is, the flavor is fantastic. If you don't like to drink a lot of water, you can still take it. This product will make drinking water more fun. It keeps you hydrated and also has vitamins. The price is more affordable compared to other products.

A great way to get electrolytes with four different flavors I can tell when my electrolytes Get Low my muscle start cramping I tried this stuff out and it works good I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

3.5 if I could give half stars. The smell is nice and the flavor kind of changes from the first sip, which is initially pretty bold, then mellows out by the end. The powder really needs shaking or aggressive stirring to completely dissolve, otherwise you'll be left with some pretty concentrated stuff once you get to the bottom of your drink. What I DON'T like is the lack of transparency and feeling kind of like they're trying to hide the fact that these are manufactured in China. On the back it says "Made in PRC"... People's Republic of China. Also, the tear on the packets is awkward; you can't tear it across the packet, you have to tear down from the top and hope it stops at a good place without spilling out the packet contents, and that can also make it difficult to pour the powder into bottles or glasses with a smaller opening at the top. I don't think this is going to do anything miraculous for health and recovery but it's a decent way to add a bit of flavor to your water.

The watermelon was not my favorite. Love most of the flavors. Good value. Great taste on the others I have tried. Hydration is good. Dissolve well with a few good shakes. Quality has been fresh. I find it is effective for a quick hydration.
