Good Relief, Better to Prevent Injury
I like outdoor running and have an injured left knee. I also had a record of calcium deficiency last year, mainly because I rarely do sunbathing. Move Free does have a pain relief effect. It takes effect very quickly. Nevertheless, please protect yourself when running. That’s the lesson I learned. Don’t rely on any dietary supplements.
