Works as expected, heavy duty glassware
Once I got the right size filters, this set up cleared my solution right up.

Terrible design
DO NOT use this with strong caustic liquid. The location of the suction outlet and how and where the funnel resides leads to it sucking, in my case, HNO3 (NITRIC ACID!) into the suction hose. And I didn't even fill it to the suction outlet level. It just pulls in droplets and that's with 6 layers of very fine filter paper. If you DO use this for any dangerous or corrosive liquids, point the angled opening of the funnel away from the suction outlet, tilt the top of the funnel slightly toward the outlet so the bottom is pointed slightly away, and test with water, isopropyl, acetone, things that won't kill you and ensure you have it setup right before using it for anything deadly. And this is chemistry lab 101, but obviously stop long before the liquid gets to the suction outlet because around that level, the funnel can hold enough to suck in 100ml+ of whatever you're working with into your pump. In my case, should I have messed-up in that way, silver nitrate, nitric acid, and gold. Catastrophic damage and measurable loss of precious metals. Be careful. But it works well enough if you're careful and do some test runs with some water and a surfactant to match the liquidity of your real world usage.

I don't know what I don't know
Works as advertised. Pretty standard build, really.I have some concerns about the thickness of the joint at the base of the vacuum barb. I'm gonna break it one of these days. Also, the position of the barb allows the filtrate to get pulled into the pump if it rolls down the side, so mind your funnel position and maybe tip the flask slightly away from the barb if working with something viscous. The funnel is beefy. Use 78mm papers or smaller.

Bad Quality Control
The flask I received has bubbles in all over especially the barb joint. Its also crooked and you can see a crack in it or what appears to be a poorly repaired crack. It should have been tossed. I doubt this will hold well to attaching vac hoses.

It worked great! Speeded up the process tremendously. Used for gold refining!
