When it comes to back support, this Rakiie does the job. After buying one as a Christmas gift for president of Master Fire Suppression in the Bronx, he bought 3 more for his team of restaurant exhaust systems pros for when they're working on ventilation systems (and ductwork) which is hard because you're always climbing and bending. Does the job. Update - I also shared this with my workers compensation attorney cassandpeters.com (for those of you in New York who need one) and got one for the managing partner!! He loves it. This is excellent for people in their 50's or older. And cheap.

My doctor of physical therapy says that this is an excellent brace. It does run a little small.
