I bought these for my son. He has not used them yet but from what I saw I like the quality and variety. When he uses them this week I will update my rating if there are any issues.

This grouping of acrylic paints has an amazing array of color selections. Yes, you could mix to get some of them, but how convenient to have the exact color at your fingertips. The tubes are small, but enough for a few paintings. The quality seems fine. No problems with the consistency at all. I think it is a good value.

Ok, so first off I want to say that the customer service at Castle Art Supply is unparalleled!!! Wow! The first set of paints I received I was disappointed that the yellow paint leaked oil when I removed the cap. I am a professional artist and try various paints so this was a bit disappointing. However, I contacted this seller who immediately without hesitation sent me a new set and it has been perfect!!! Very happy with these!! The packaging is beautiful and looks sleek and professional, the value is incredible! This set isn’t quite equal to Grumbacher or Golden acrylics but it isn’t that far off! The color selection is great and the box makes it easy to organize and store your paints when you finish using! The paints are creamy and thick; not watery like the basic acrylic paint you would buy at the store. These are the real deal!! These are perfect for beginners, intermediate painters and even I would say professionals (especially if used in conjunction with your other high quality paints! This is a must buy for all artists! Including a picture of a painting I did with these paints! Love love!

They aren't the best but certainly not the worst. The colors are vibrant and there's great variety. The tubes were larger than I expected which was a nice surprise. Use a tac to puncture a hole in these when opening because otherwise it'll get messy.

For the price, these are a great go to! I’m just messing around with Mixed media, and needed something that wasn’t crap. I don’t know anything about the expensive acrylic, I’m a watercolor gal. But, I think these are going to be fabulous for what I need them for. The one painting I did was a toss, but that’s because I tried making the paint into watercolor.

I read other reviews first and item is as expected. The white has some transparency but the black is solid and dries black. These colors dry very fast. Very Fast.

They are smooth and bright. Easy to use and great color choices.

Love these. Great color selection. My first time using acrylic paint :) The one thing I didn't like was that when the seal was popped, the paint would spew put a little bit. It wasn't messy, just filled the cap end. Though I suspect that's the temperature here (mid 90s) not the product itself. Attached is the painting I made with it :) I'll definitely continue using this product and definitely order more! I recommend this product to anyone wanting to try out acrylic paint, it's a fantastic price for all the colors and the paint is high quality! PS. Mars black is my favorite color in the set. It's a warm toned black, very very useful.
