Wasn’t sure of the reliability because of the price. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Cleared out the drain in minutes. Instructions were a bit confusing and understanding how to hold and extract the cable. Once i figured out it was easy. Didn’t have to bring in a plumber!

Poweful and flexible unit even pushes out and pulls back the cable. Has some weird lock mechanism toward the front that is VERY poorly described in the manual. Might want to buy an extra battery for the unit.

Well I ended up ordering 2 by mistake but I'm returning one lol but the one I'm keeping cleared my clogged tub I'm a matter of minutes ty excellent product lightweight but strong and sturdy gets the job done 5 🌟
