1 week update : it helps in craving and I am a binge eater who can’t control cravings even after my stomach is full so it helped me in mindful eating1 month update: no weight loss but it helped me to control cravings when starting a diet plan.Now it doesn’t have a effect. Such old product if it's that fast selling and good why send 1 year old product..and so much dust on the product the sticker is coming off..I now feel is it even safe to use this product...could have sent a new one or atleast a product that was manufactured this year...very disappointed
