worked great for 3 months.suddenly today, i can't get it to turn on. was not dropped or anything.charging light stays on even after removing cable and i think that it's not turning on because it thinks it's in charging mode.pressed on switch for 20-25 seconds, but doesn't reset. can the seller help here?

pros:Good power. It's a rumbly bass vibrator. If you don't like the buzzy ones, you will like this one.Good battery life. I don't know how long the battery lasts. But it lasts long enough for us.not too loudA few minutes is all it takes.consIt's too small, too hard to hold onto. Your hand goes numb after a few minutes.the wife doesn't like it.Ten speeds and the only one she likes is #6.
