Tunable FM Outdoor Broadcast Transmitter Antenna,

This is a decent antenna for the price. I'm still experimenting with mine trying to get the right cable and adjustment to get my swr reading down. I tried adjusting like they said but swr still runs from 1.8 to 1 on low power (1watt) to well over 2 to 1 on high power (7watts). I'm using 20 ft. of RG-58 coax, so I don't know if it's that or the antenna. It shouldn't be the location, as it is mounted up out of the way above the top of my chimney. I like the somewhat small and lightweight design but it should have come with better instructions on tuning the swr. I would give it 5 stars if I could get the swr reading down. The range is okay on it but I've only tested on low power due to the higher swr reading at high power. It will send a good signal out to about 1.5 to 2 miles with very weak,spotty reception still further out to 3 to 4 miles (on 1 watt output and using a car stereo.). I'm sure that if I could get optimal swr readings that the range would definitely improve.

this antenna works better with a minimum of 50 feet coax.... be sure you install this antenna as higher is possible over any roof top to get a maximun range Example: 7 watts will give a line of sight of 2-3 Miles.....15 watt doble like 5-7 miles without to many obstacles on its wave path....
