Orthofeet Edgewater Orthopedic Men's Walking Shoes

I've only had these for a couple of days, can't say how they'll wear, or feel over time, but I'm pleasantly shocked at how comfortable and supportive they are so far. My feet haven't felt this good in ages! I just hope it continues, i'd buy 10 more pairs if this holds up over time, incredible difference, a lot less pain!

BEST SHOES I HAVE EVER OWNED! I have a bunion, terrible arches, worse ankles, my knees hurt...but these have made a HUGE difference. They are comfortable, my bunion has been reduced drastically, and I can walk with more comfort and less pain. They have made a serious contribution to making my life better and I love them for that

I'm very picky about shoes. Not because I want to be, because I have to be. I have very wide feet that created problems finding shoes that fit properly at local department stores. Compounding the issue is standing on my feet at work for 11-13 hours/day. It got to the point where I started having medical issues with my feet because of improperly fitting foot wear. My Podiatrist recommended Orthofeet shoes for me to help alleviate the problems related to tight fitting shoes. I was very skeptical about ordering these "online-only" shoes without trying them on, especially at this price point. I am them a try as they had a 90-day return window, they came within a week and it was the best purchase in shoes I have ever made. The shoes were very comfortable, supportive, true to size and had the extra room in the toe box that I desperately needed. The shoes also came with 2 different size spacers to accommodate a better fit. I had to use the 1/8" spacers to get a good fit. The fabric is very soft, stretchable and breathable with no annoying seams inside the shoe. Break-In period for the shoes was literally only a couple of days if that and all the prior issues I had with pressure points, soreness and support in other shoes had all went away after a week in these shoes. Working my long shifts in these shoes makes life much easier. Many people are put off by the fact these shoes are made in China and the Dominican Republic for a premium price. The cost of these shoes is worth every penny spent in terms of comfort and the elimination of orthopedic issues related to other ill-fitting shoes. I've been wearing these shoes for the last 5 years and each pair has lasted well over a year before the support and tread starts fading to unacceptable levels. Mind you I'm on my feet all day in an environment that's rough on the integrity of shoes. Highly recommended!

Fairly cool shoes. I can't say that they are super orthopedic and provide extra comfort. The inserts don't feel like they give extra support. But the shoes look nice and stylish, not worse then some nice NIkeys or Sketchers. They are fairly comfortable but not perfect. I'd expect some more support around heal.

I had a total knee replacement surgery and was trying to find a shoe with good support and easy to slip on. After ordering and trying several name brands and then returning them, I found the Orthofeet brand. The Edgewater style appeared to have a good flat support. I ordered a pair and was very pleased with the fit, support, and how easy they slipped on. I would recommend these shoes for anyone needing a good shoe after surgery or with leg or knee pain

I thought these were going to be super comfortable. The quality and look seemed good. They appeared like they are durable and they arrived with additional items which are designed to create the perfect fit. First day, I was impressed. they felt comfortable, light and didn't seem overly obnoxious as some of the other shoes. However, I bought these specifically to help with planter fasciitis, and now my feet/ heels are in more pain. I tried changing the cushioning. I wore them with and without the arch support, to no avail. I have been wearing them off and on for couple weeks and they do not seem to be getting more comfortable after a break in period. I have resulted to using alternative insoles, purchased separately, which provide more support. Looks like I should have stuck with buying an alternative pair. They would have cost more but at least I know they don't cause the foot pain I have now.

My best shoes ever. Wide across the toes, good support. I wear them everywhere/anywhere. I used my first pair for a lot of hiking, and they held up very well. I'm on my third pair now (the second is still in service, reserved for dirty work).

I bought these shoes expecting real comfort and support. That’s not what I got. I wore them on multiple walks, up to 5 miles, and every time they caused significant foot pain. After each walk, I had to go home, soak my feet, and stay off them for the rest of the day. The insoles are flat with almost no support, and the “arch booster” actually made things worse. Even with my own custom orthotics, they were still uncomfortable. The wide fit is decent, but that’s the only positive. If you’re buying these for comfort, long walks, or foot pain relief—look elsewhere.

Tragekomfort sehr gut. Form und Farben gefällt sehr Preis / Leistung OK Habe einiges an Schuhwerk ausprobiert. Aber immer noch Probleme bei weiten Spaziergängen gehabt. Und weil alles passt, gleich das zweite Paar bestellt. Sehr empfehlenswert. 👍
