great with curry
This product is a savoury roll of green leaves similar to cabbage spread with orange lentil paste, rolled up and compressed so its only just moist, then canned. To cook it I cut it into slices 1/2 inch thick and fry them until lightly browned on both sides. I serve two slices per person as a delicious vegetable to accompany a curry - quick, easy, no preparation, no waste. Brilliant product.
