Kew Nilfisk Alto D140.4-9 DP X-TRA Pressure Washer & Home Plus Kit 140

Brilliant jetwasher upgraded from our old one, comes with all the tools, I bought separately another tool to attach for cleaning our conservatory roof (from Amazon aswell) Excellent little gadget all round. Our driveway and path look so bright as we have golden brindle block paving.

Looked at comparible machine from leading competitor, this product was most cost effective and has been used so far to remove an ingrained green algae substance from a large concrete base and cleaning of vehicles and other areas without fault.Would certainly recommend as being suitable for most uses and good value for money.

It seemed such a good product when it arrived... However, after 18 months if occasional use (probably less than 20 times in total) it started to smoke badly and sounded like it was really struggling. Fortunately, Nilfisk provide a 2 year guarantee so off it went to repair or replacement.Surprisingly, I got an email advising of a replacement, the D-PG 140.4-9 P X-TRA UK model. While I was a little weary of the one star reviews on Amazon, I was prepared to give it the benefit of the doubt. That email arrived on the 8th March, it is now 6th April and I am still waiting. Every time I get in touch I get nothing but excuses and today told they are out of stock on this item.I have another Nilfisk, well the neighbours have it at the moment, and that one works faultlessly so quality of their items is a mixed bunch for me. What isn’t particularly brilliant is customer service. In fact, my experience of them so far is pretty poor.While I would be on the fence recommending you buy one, good luck if it goes faulty.

Unfortunately I had to return this washer as it was faulty, however the customer service I received was excellent. I would very much recommend this seller.

Product worked well initially. Then used this weekend and it has stopped working. This is within 2 months of purchase. No power despite changing the fuse. No support is offered from Amazon or Nilfisk. They refer you to each other so you go round in circles. Do not this product from here!

Does work well for patios. Feels solid and hopefully will last. I paid 284 and I think it’s worth that. It was a Which? Best Buy. I had a smaller marcher before and the extra power is very helpful

Only used it once so far to clean the patio, very impressed with how clean & quickly it did the job. Not over impressed with the patio cleaning attachment, it required a lot of effort & didn't clean that great. Ended up removing it & just jet washing instead, much better, quicker & easier.

I bought this pressure washer to replace an aged Nilfisk which gave me superb service for a lot of years. Eight months and on the third or fourth use, today the new one gave up the ghost. There was quite a sudden and rapid decrease in motor speed, so of course I stopped using it - checked hose connections etc and gave it a short burst to try again however motor speed remained low and noisy; now closer to the machine there was also an electrical burning smell. I suspect the pump/motor has seized (or as near as).Very, very disappointed.
