Q: Does this really help with inflammation?

Of course, it depends on what's driving your inflammation, but yes, Cheribundi made a difference for me. The process they developed at Cornell leaves a lot more of the therapeutic anti inflams - I did a lot of homework, then used a couple (small) bottles a day for three months. Quieted hot spots down for me. Plus I like it. Best cherry juice available. If you look at their web site, you'll see a lot of pro athlete clubs who are regular users.

I drank tart cherry juice twice a day for quite a while. I can not say that it gave me more sleep. I do think that it helped me fall asleep faster.

Q: Ratio of cherry juice to Apple juice

Looks like company keeps changing ratio of cherry juice to apple juice. Sometime in April 2023 percentage of cherry juice went down and label no longer states how many cherries were used for one container. Label no longer looks like one in Amazon product listing. It now says Cheribundi Essentials Original Tart Cherry Blend. There is a different product by the same company, Cheribundi Pure that contains all cherry juice. It is substantially more expensive than this one.

Q: How important would you say it is, in terms of effect (mainly w/ sleep) that I drink an entire bottle before bed as opposed to say about a third?

I only drink about 4 ounces a day, not necessarily at bedtime and it has made a big difference in how well I sleep. Started drinking it for arthritic inflammation and was surprised at the marked improvement in sleep quality. I would suggest starting with 4 ounces then increasing the amount if needed. The taste is so good I often want more just for a treat. I don't like sour flavors but this isn't sour at all. It uses unsweetened apple juice to keep it from being too sour. It is tart enough that it isn't over sweet or syrupy but definitely a palate pleaser. I'm hooked on it. Sometimes add it to a smoothie with other fruit in the morning. Delicious in everything I've tried so far.
