This has a great flavor- not too strong for those who don't like mustard in recipes. I used quite a bit in a 3-bean salad recipe today and it does not overpower. Used salt free rice vinegar, a little raw sugar, the mustard and dill weed and make a great dressing. Tried to make my own salt-free mustard by buying dry mustard and turmeric. Turned out way to hot and bitter. Am putting in a subscription for this today.

This mustard is awesome. It is a bit spicy which I like. The texture is not as smoothe as regular mustard.. it is great with pretzels as a dip and on burgers
