Super easy to adjust dumbbells. Let's me start with a lighter weight and build up to the heavier weights at my convenience. Easily add or remove weights to fit your level of therapy. This is a great idea and I really like them. I attend a senior fitness class three times a week and they always run out of weights. I really like being able to adjust the weight based on what we are doing. I gave these a four instead of five because the grip is bulky to hold onto. If you have small hands these might be difficult to hold. i'm guessing that more women that men would buy these. The manufacturer may want to consider a bit smaller grip width.

Great for all different kinds of use. The way they lock into place makes you able to use them in many different ways. This was purchased as a present for someone that was obsessed with using mine while visiting. The weight options are great. The comfort of the hand grip makes things easier. The over all quality definitely durable and well thought out.

It's a pretty cool idea the way you can add 1/2 pound at a time. Nice not having multiple dumbbells, these 1/2 pound add ons stack up neatly. Simply click on another 1/2 pound on each end. The quality is good.

was looking for a small, easy-to-use weight set for my mom, and this one checked all the boxes. I got it for her for mother's day. It's inexpensive and the weights are super easy to change, which is perfect for h The smooth, colorful coating gives it a nice look, and it has a great grip, so I know she'll feel secure using it. It also appears to be durable and takes up very little space, which a bonus for her condo. Now, if can only convince her to start using it so can comment on its ability to provide a good workout!

I wanted dumbbells that were adjustable because I don’t have enough room for multiple sets with different weights. This serves my needs. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes it takes a little effort to line up each weight while attaching to the handle. Otherwise they are great.

Very nice set of dumbbell. They are very comfortable for teenager's hand and easy to change the weight. I am going to purchase another set for my elderly mom.
