Anyone else having disconnect issues? mine constantly disconnect. super annoying. is there something i can set / adjust to solve this?

I’m not 100% sure but I think the signal drops are a result of network inference from WiFi routers cycling through channels in their bands to find the clearest one. I used to have the same problem with my old Turtle Beach X41s. They connected via 2-4GHz wireless and every few minutes would go through this static to crackling l to popping noises and then stop. The fix is to get into your router and turn off automatic channel selection (5GHz in this case) and then set it on a channel that doesn’t interfere with the headset. Problem now solved, no more drops.

Does this headset also work with PC?

Funny the 9 ANS the 9X are exactly the same headset AND same price.. Amazon sells the 9X but not the 9.. with the exception the 9X does not does not come with a USB dongle the 9 does come with one... so with the 9X you have to buy a Xbox USB OR a Bluetooth dongle... they sell the 9 on their website for $199... dont get ripped off !

Are these ios compatible? a mac book to be exact? i want to use these for going and for zoom calls ony mac

Just to add my own piece here, it works fine with my MacBook Pro and I tested it on s friend's MacBook Air. I don't know what's up with the fella the gave the long winded answer about it not working for his MacBook Air. Unless Mac/Apple has developed some new form of Bluetooth, which I haven't heard of yet, it WILL work fine on all Bluetooth compatible devices. Works fine on all my Samsung devices too, which I have for everything else, tablet, phone, etc.

Can you connect this with two devices at the same time (my phone and the xbox)?

Yes, but the connection to Xbox is not stable. The headset will randomly disconnect. There is also major audio interference noise feedback from the headset. Even though it connects to both it is not a solid connection. Another thing, if you want to use Bluetooth then the headset has to be turned on 1st, when you do that it also turns on your Xbox. So if you own an Xbox it will turn on every time you try to use the Bluetooth feature on this headset. It had great promises but horrible execution.
