I used this kit for a slightly different application. I chipped away part of a crown that left a sharp edge. The crown was still in decent shape, so I just used this to file the sharp edge away. Worked perfectly.

So plus is this product does seem to work to enamel reduction and reshaping, no complaints there. However, without being a professional, I'm greatly concerned about any long term damage I may have done to my own teeth in testing this product. And it certainly wasn't as easy as I thought to shape correctly. Next time, I'll leave it to the professionals.
