Always purchased annie's roasted garlic olive oil. is this a good substitute?

Why did this product to go from 8 dollars in November to almost 18 in January ?

Their price on this item fluctuates greatly sometimes. I had it on auto subscription when I received a bottle with $19.98 charged to my credit card last May (2018). That was quite a price shock. So I order it as needed and when the price is reasonable. When I complained, Amazon did credit me the cost and let me keep the bottle. Aside from that, it is a good tasty product, just not one you want to keep in a subscription. Just order as needed.

Is the bottle BPA free?
