Best BCCA’s I’ve had in a long time. No bad after taste. Zero Sugar, Zero Carbs! What more to love right, plus it has electrolytes which is needed daily. At first it was really sweet but I just added more water. Eventually I got use to it and now look forward to drinking this everyday. Definitely helps when I start having sugar/sweet cravings. Will be a regular customer for life. Just placed an order for the larger tub of Strawberry Kiwi. I’ll write a review when I receive that flavor and let y’all know how it is.

I really like this stuff I can definitely tell after my classes if I don't finish this then I'm going to be sore. Definitely is like other BCAA compounds that I have used in the way that if you don't consume within an hour of completing your workout it's effectiveness kind of wears off. That may also just be my rate of absorption. I don't feel like this is too sweet or too sugary tasting. It is definitely one of my favorites that I have tried. This is the second jar of this that I have had. First time with this flavor and I would order this flavor again.

DELICIOUS!!! Anything bomb pop flavored for me…yes please!!! Love this brand and I cannot wait to try some of the other flavors! It gives me energy and helps me to recovery quicker after activity.

Definitely worth it if you hate chugging plain water. I am more likely to make my daily water goal when I use this. I've tried multiple flavors, Freedom Ice and Lemon Lime are both my top go-to flavors. I can tell a difference in my hydration when I use this.

Flavor is great. As far as physical improvement, I can't really there is a HUGE noticeable improvement, But I've been using this since I started working out and it seems to help with recovery as long as you're consistent.

Just started working out again at 44. I’m not in bad shape but not in shape. I’ve worked out hard every day for 4 days, I feel a little sore but I’m used to feeling 10/10 can’t move sore lol. I freaking APPROVE this product. I’ll be trying other flavors too. 🫡💪

Honestly, I love this one. Watermelon is the best, grape isn't bad, but this would be my second place winner next to Watermelon. I fill my 40oz hydro up1/2 - 3/4 with ice and then add water and 2 scoops. If you want a little more punch put a little less water in or add 2.5 scoops. It honestly tastes just like a bomb pop, and even my kid (who is 5) has tried it and loves it. I'm tempted to make BCAA popsicles with this to have after a summer calisthenics workout haha!

I ordered 2 different brands of powder to compare. The other brand was so sweet I had to delete it more than double. This one tastes like a melted snow come. It's the only way I can drink water. I will definitely not even bother testing out another brand.
