Cheapened Junk

G-lox Fishing Rod Holders are pure junk. I have previously owned 4 sets of these, and after receiving the 5th set, I know that it will be the last product from G-Lox that I will ever own. Instead of raising the cost to cover increased expenses, G-Lox chose to cheapen the product to the extent that it is junk.The originals were constructed of .062 aluminum, which bends quite easily. The ones that I received have been reduced to a thickness of .050, which is not that much heavier than a beer can.Mounted on the side of my center console, they are subject to being run into. No problem now, they just bend out of the way.Would not and will not recommend this or any other G-Lox product.
