Party Favors
These were a huge hit at my son's 5th bday in the party favor bags. The kids all put them on immediately. We all wore them the rest of the day not really thinking about it and noticed later that evening the sharks lit up at night. I don't remember reading glow in the dark but to our surprise they did and it was an extra bonus.
