Title: A Must-Have for Every Welder! As an avid welder, I can confidently say the O2 Armor Nose Filters are an absolute game-changer. I’ve tried other solutions to reduce exposure to fumes and debris, but nothing has come close to the comfort and effectiveness of these filters. They fit snugly in your nose without being uncomfortable or intrusive, and they don’t interfere with wearing a welding mask at all. Most importantly, they do an excellent job filtering out the harmful particles and fumes that come with welding. Since I started using these, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in how I feel after long welding sessions—no more irritated sinuses or that heavy feeling in my chest. The filters are lightweight, discreet, and easy to use. You don’t even notice you’re wearing them after a few minutes. Plus, they’re durable enough to last through extended work periods. If you’re serious about welding and your health, these are a must-have. They provide an extra layer of protection that’s worth every penny. Highly recommend them to any welder out there!

My first order of the large nasal filters was perfect, no defects, no oblong filters. Super happy with the protection from most* of the coal dust where I work. Just having something other than a half mask is great. My second order has been mostly misses. I have had a LOT of filters that were odd shapes that didnt really do the job. One nostril would have black boogers and the other would be a little Grey. If it was just a few that were a little messed up I wouldnt be bothered, but I would say half have been weird shapes that just slip into the nostril or just let everything by. Its as if they are too skinny even though they are large.

I can't get enough air through my nose when wearing. I find myself wanting to mouth breathe, with defeats the purpose. I tried med. I think I'm between med & large. Didn't get a complete seal. It irrates my nose a bit, which makes it run.

I mean they definitely work. Pic is after less than 3 hours grinding/welding in the shop. They make it a little harder to breathe obviously, it feels like having a stuffy nose. Been using them for a few days now and i just feel like my lungs are alittle cleaner. To fit, measure your thumbNAIL, not your whole thumb. I got the size medium and they do fit pretty exactly. Sometimes they collapse to one side while you’re wearing it but it’s easy enough to pop it out and fix it, or i mean it’s still better than not using it at all. I have a nose piercing and the filter definitely fits better right at the entrance to your nostril but it does also work a little further up and seals above the piercing. I might go for a size down next time just because i feel like it stretches my nose out a little. I don’t know if I’ll continue to use these long term as im going through at least 2 a day but for now im enjoying not having a weird nauseous headache from all the metal dust at the end of the day
