This vibration plate is very easy to use. It has nice settings and programs. Really like that you can change the length of your time on the machine before starting it. It has helped with my energy level and I have been sleeping better at night. Not using it for weight loss, but more for recovery. It has Bluetooth speaker which is a nice added bonus. So far it has been good. I do wish there was a way to turn the sound off on the buttons because it tends to beep loudly when clicking the buttons.

Love love love! I feel so much less bloated in the morning. It is also intensifying my workouts. I would definitely recommend!

So far, Ireally like it. I have not tried connecting bluetooth yet. I did feel my muscles "talking to me" after the first use. I feel my balance is improving. No mechanical issues so far.

Love this wound up getting my mom one as well after I bought her one with a handle in front for stability but realize the quality of that one was terrible and was just too intense. This has a much more sophisticated way of vibrating and she just has a chair in front of her for a little bit of extra stability. Very happy with the remote control and the setting option options.
