The rinse aid works great in our high temp Hobart. So nice to to pay for shipping water around the country.

I wanted to love this. I was so excited to find it. But my glasses and flatware came out with a thick film. I had to deep clean my machine twice to recover. I don’t know if adding both concentrates to one 5 gal tub was an option or not to make it a better product but I followed the instructions and added 1 to a 5 gal pail. I tossed an entire one in the trash. I couldn’t possibly continue with it.
