The Yogic Tools Workbook

Recently I began working with a friend that has also read Kyczy’s book Yogic Tools. We committed to working through the workbook together. Both of us have worked through the 12 steps before but we are amazed how looking into the impact of yogic philosophies along with each step takes us to a deeper awareness of ourselves than we have experienced in the past.
