Hi Julie, Thank you for your message. This means that our mushroom ingredients are grown in the US. We ship it over to our state of the art facility located in Ontario, CA. We then manufacture and package the end product using our proprietary techniques. I hope this help.

It depends on the method of brew and how much grounds you use. Pour over, 16 servings Auto-drip machines, up to 25 servings Espresso machines, up to 30 servings
