Q: What makes lucky bamboo stalks turn yellow ??

I believe to much water , I planted mine with good soil and good drainage in bottom of my own pot. Mine has been in soil for quite awhile now and is about 15 inches tall and 9-10 inches wide. I also use the green liquid plant food in the plastic bottles. Hope this helps .... 🙏🏻🤗

Q: Is it 5 layer bamboo plant?

Yes, it's layered. However, the 1st(bottom) layers don't get many leaves at all and so forth up the levels. The top has lots of leaves, but unproportioned. I bought a bamboo plant at Meijers(local big box store) way cheaper and way prettier.

Q: Is it the same bowl in the photo?

My shipment came in early and was packaged very well. Never have I seen such a healthy plant. This was several months ago and my plant is doing great. Recommend this. Edy highly
