Is the finish a glossy or matt black?

I would say glossy. Shiny. It's glass on top of a black surface.

What is the biggest size tv that will fit on this stand?

That depends if you are happy for the TV to overhang the sides or not and the width of the TV stand/legs. I have a 50" currently, but will be upgrading to 55" soon.

Is it fully assembled
