Sturdy
Last R2 lasted 14 years! Worth every penny, but they could make the assembly directions clearer. I copied my old cart lucky for me. Comes with extra parts, which was great since a plastic part cracked in half in shipping.

Really small…
I guess I should’ve looked at measurements. The bars are super low. The released cable isn’t the easiest thing to press down. I was planning to return and get a larger one but may have to consider different brands with a different release mechanism.

Awesome tool
We had these at work and I always wanted one so I didn't have to us our office ones cause sometimes we would run out. They're great for catering order can hold up to 4-5 catering bags for one trip. Also they were pretty cheap on here which made it nicer.
