Sleek modern, very low noise excellent fan.
So, this is a comparison along with a review of this fan. I purchased this fan because I wanted something quiet, I have a bit of hearing issue and when I watch TV if I have my A/C I have to turn my volume up on high to be able to hear my TV. So, I didn't want something to add to that issue and I am very surprised not only the noise level (very low, if any.) but as well as the Air flow. My 2 year old Lasko standard Fan on then pole pedestal started giving me trouble, in the middle of summer 2024 it would turn off on its own and then 5 minutes later start up again back and forth to where I got fed up with it but I lived with it until Spring 2025 and the temps in my 4th floor apartment were getting warm, my apartment faces south where I get all day sun. This one blew me away not only for its noise level being extremely low but as well as how well the air flow. This is the first time I ever owned this type of fan and I was a bit skeptical but surprisingly it out performed my older fan easily. I have it on the lowest air flow setting and that is 10 times better than the highest setting on my 2 year old Lasko fan. The digit readout puts an end to my guessing and I like the remote it comes with. I love its slim design but I overly thrilled with the performance. It was nice to set the timer on it last night before I fell asleep for some reason, I didn't want it on all night and the timer of course worked flawlessly. I love the built in handle and the fact it's not only easier to move around but just looks a whole lot better. I have never heard of this brand but apparently you don't need to spend a hefty amount to get a good quality fan and this one certainly does the job very nicely. But, let me be honest it's only been a few days and the heat hasn't really kicked up for Summer yet. But, this fan helped me sleep soundly last night, without having to run the loud Apartment provided A/C unit. I highly recommend it if you want a very good fan with multiple button control on a simple remote controller, a sleek modern design and for low noise. I am just amazed of how much air flow I am getting on it lowest setting. Last Summer on my older model standard Lasko I had to look over to see if that one was working because the air flow even on its highest setting often felt like it wasn't putting any air circulation. It's only been a few days now, so I will keep tabs on it and if I need to I will attempt to edit this review once I have had this fan for a while.

Fantastic Fan – Quiet, Effective, and Perfect for the Whole Family
I absolutely love the Dreo Tower Fan and can’t recommend it enough. My husband has one on his side of the bed, and I ended up getting one for each of my kids as well. They are all thrilled with their fans, and it has made a huge difference in how comfortable we are at night and throughout the day. The fan is quiet but surprisingly powerful. Even on higher settings, it doesn’t create that annoying loud hum that some fans do, so we can sleep, read, or watch TV without any distraction. I really appreciate the 90° oscillation because it spreads the airflow evenly across the room, keeping everyone cool without blowing directly in anyone’s face all the time. The rotation option is another feature I love. It’s simple to use but makes a noticeable difference in how fresh the air feels, especially on warmer nights. The four-speed settings give us the flexibility to customize the airflow, which is perfect since my husband prefers a stronger breeze and my kids like it gentler. The design is sleek and modern, so it fits nicely in our bedrooms without taking up too much space. I also feel confident knowing it’s a durable and high-quality fan that will last. Overall, the Dreo Tower Fan has exceeded my expectations and has truly improved our comfort at home. It’s practical, efficient, and stylish all at once.

Nice fan
So far we love this fan. It has 4 fan settings. We have been running it on 2. We still can watch TV while it runs, not too loud. Doesn't take up alot of room and has a remote. It was easy to assemble the base and seems like good quality. We sleep alot better too. It is light weight and we move from room to room.

Fantastic Fan
This is a great fan. I like how it's quiet and small. I like the rotation of the fan. It felt great with the weather was extra warm at night. I like the different speeds as well.

Perfect for our use but may differ for others
My wife likes a light breeze while sleeping. I tolerate air conditioning when needed, but I don't particularly want a constant breeze on me all night. We had been using a portable evaporative cooler unit just as a fan, but it needed to be positioned precisely so the breeze didn't bother me. However, lately the fan had been getting noisier, so I was looking for a tower fan to replace it, with smaller size and quieter action being the important factors. After reading reviews on a large number of choices, I settled on this Dreo unit. I looked at many more expensive units, some with quieter dB figures, some with more efficient DC motors. But even products with 4.5 and 4.6 ratings still had negative reviews that were concerning, and too many customers were not overly impressed with the actual noise level. So it didn't appear the extra cost was worth it. I don't know how these manufacturers calculate their dB ratings, but I checked the levels of fan speed from a 8-foot distance. With some ambient noise already present, level 1 was 1-2 dB higher, I almost couldn't hear it at all. That said, it was only delivering a tiny breeze. Level 2 was 3 dB higher than level 1, and that is probably the level we will be using during nights. Level 3 was 10 dB louder than level 2 and probably more like a "low" setting on a non-tower fan. In addition to the quiet operation, the somewhat narrow band of wind typical of a tower fan made it easy to direct it to benefit my wife without bothering me. Of course, we won't be using the oscillating function for our purposes. With the way we use the fan, we don't need a huge amount of air pushed, so the tower design is perfect. However, if someone is looking for a powerful wind to cool a medium-to-large room, this probably isn't a good choice for them. My only complaints echo what some others have said - the contrast of the buttons on the remote, and especially on the fan's control panel, is terrible. A room needs to be fairly brightly lit to use the control panel buttons, and while the remote is OK to use in a lower light level, it is useless in the dark. The control panel buttons should be backlit and the panel itself would be much better if it was tilted up toward the person operating it. The buttons on the remote should be higher contrast - white on black - and ideally should be backlit also.
