I bought this particular belt from a friend's recommendation. I must say that I wasn't convinced but my back was hurting so much that sitting or lying down didn't provide me with any comfort. Let's not mention standing or walking. So, I decided to take a chance and try it. Good thing I did as now I can walk for 45 minutes around my neighborhood pain free. I don't wear it the entire day, only when walking or when I feel pain coming on. Wonderful product, easy to use and inexpensive.

At first I was very pleased with this brace. I mowed my entire lawn with no pain. But when I did other yard work that required bending, the velcro didn't hold.

It may have worked a little bit on pain relief, not enough though to recommend this product. Also it is flimsy and folds down , you have to keep adjusting it. I would never recommend. Never buy again. Actually stopped wearing it.. May be in trash too !

The SI joint belt is black with multiple velcro straps, and I can customize the fit to my liking. I have a grey compression pad on the back, shaped to apply enough pressure to stabilize my left SI joint, and I feel it reduces excessive motion. It’s attached by velcro, so I can detach it on days when I feel it’s too much, and I can adjust the height to better target my SI joint. On the inside of the belt, I find 5 pairs of waved lines of rubber, and they keep the belt from slipping. Unlike other belts, it tells me how to wear it, with one small tag outside telling which side goes up.Inside, I found a white tag that tells me again which side goes up, along with a CE certification, the size S/M, and that it’s made in China. On the same tag, there are care instructions that tell me to hand wash it only, avoid bleach, and use a neutral detergent, and I should avoid using a dryer or ironing. I can hang dry it only. On the reverse is the fabric composition, 60% polyester, 30% nylon, and 10% nylon. And on the same is the manufacturer’s address in Guangdong, China, along with an email.I wear my SI joint belt at night because I learned from WebMD that some patients report less pain in the morning after wearing it overnight. I also found a study from 2015 that showed pelvic belts decrease SI-joint-related pain, so I gave it a try, and I find it works for me.

Purchased a 2xl for a better fit for my type of backside. If you have a little more cushion on your backside this will not work. If you are not so curvy this will work. When you walk it will move up and not be beneficial for how it should be worn. I just got it today and I’m returning it tomorrow. Won’t matter if you tighten it or loosen it. Got this for ciática relief and lower back pain relief. On to the next!
