You have to install it to the water pipes once the plumbing is done these is a great chair for the price

I also have this same problem. Ive had to find and replace mtiple parts. The vaccum breaker was broke as soon as it was hooked up it snapped off. The spray hose sprays out water throughout the entire hose.
