Q: Can I eat it with out eating tube

If you are able to swallow without a feeding tube then yes. Otherwise consult with your doctor first.

Q: Will your food go through a 10fr tube? Or is that too small?

We use a blender bottle with the wire ball & mix with about 8-10 oz water and have no problems even with smaller tubes. Easy to use and portable. Note: We do only give our son half the mix then 30 min later the other half. Some varieties are more gassy then others. Especially the Beef and potatoes.
