This Thule branded adapter is made by the Robert Axle Project. High quality product and is installed with a standard Allen wrench by using one of the included spacers for 148mm boost spacing. and two spacers for 142mm. double check the thread pitch prior to ordering and save yourself time and hassle.

Easy to install, exactly what I needed. Just be sure to check all the specifications of the one you buy, I initially bought another one which was wrong, but just had one difference in it's specs.

Used the bolt not more than 3 times, the bolt got stucka and the stainless tip stripped. I had to use a locking pliers to remove the bolt. I do everything on my bike with enormous care, I never over tighten bolts.I am both disappointed and frustrated that a Thule product would be of so bad quality.Too much money for too little play.

Good luck getting his axle to match your bike. I tried three before buying a Burly axle.

These products are overpriced considering they are made in China and how simple of a component it is. Burley makes comparable axles that serve the same purpose for less cost and less confusing sizing.

Hatte vorher bereits eine andere Achse gekauft diese hat sich aber trotz des korrekten Drehmoments mehrfach gelöst.Außer das ich den Preis der Thule Achse recht hoch finde, habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.Kam gut eingepackt an (es befindet sich auf der Verpackung auch eine Hilfslehre um die korrekte Länge der verbauten Achse abmessen zu können, das ist napeelixj ein sehr großer Vorteil wenn dieses Produkt vor Ort gekauft wird.Gewinde waren sauber, ließ sich ohne Probleme montieren, und bleibt an Ort und Stelle. Spart euch den Umweg über eine „günstigere“ Achse.
