Bob's Red Mill Sorghum Flour, 22oz (Pack of 4) - Whole Grain, Vegan, Kosher

There is honestly not a whole lot I can say beyond the fact that this is classic Bob’s Red Mill quality flour. I’ve been using this product for 15 years in my gluten-free baking mixes. Great flavor, good grind.

I'm not a professional reviewer. I really like Bob's products. I use the sorghum flour mixed with Bob's pancake mix all the time. Good stuff. When I saw the sorghum flour was now shipping 24-ounce packages, I order that. The price and size was shown on the page as 1.5-pounds of flour. However, Amazon shipped the 22-ounce packages instead. Bad Amazon. I complained (to the computer), and Amazon made it right for this order. Good Amazon. The product photos and the sales descriptions don't match, and you should watch what you actually receive. Don't complain here; complain to Amazon. They'll fix the problem, and hopefully correct it.

Makes the pancakes

Usually I love Bob's Red Mill products and have used the sorghum flour in the past. I wanted the bulk of flour so I wasn't having to go back to the store so often. Unfortunately what I got was 4 bags of sorghum (like the grain, not the flour) and since it's a food product it couldn't be returned/ replaced 😂 but still love BRM just need to figure out what to do with this massive amount of a grain I've never cooked with lol

No complaints, it's just what the label says
